I’ve been more conscious of what I eat, portions, etc. I’ve intentionally avoided sugar (excluding the aforementioned chocolate), I’ve actually gone for a couple of walks, and have been drinking water and taking a multivitamin every day.
None of this has been very difficult, but I’m already seeing results. You could see results, too, if I were smart enough to learn css, or at least how to make the sidebar disappear, but in the meantime you’ll just have to take my word for it. Either that, or click here , cross your eyes, and see if you can follow the numbers.
